By accessing or using DeepCor Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

DeepCor Hub is a SaaS platform for dive center operations management, including booking, equipment tracking, student pipelines, CRM, staff management, safety logging, business intelligence, and real-time operations.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.

4. Free Trial & Billing

• New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full feature access.
• A valid payment method is required to start the trial.
• After the trial, your subscription begins at the selected plan rate unless cancelled.
• Cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: reverse engineering, transmitting malware, violating applicable laws, or infringing on the rights of others.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload. DeepCor does not claim ownership of your content. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve services.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepCor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations. You may terminate at any time through portal settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
